New year, almost new you.

I felt the post would be better suited to be published now as many will only just be getting out of bed.

What is your new years resolution?

Is it the same at is was in 1999? If it is keep reading.

With all the new years resolutions that involve joining a gym here are some tips:

1 – Make your goal achievable.
2 – Hire a trainer/coach.
3 – Don’t just say you will do it, DO IT!
4 – Track your progress.
5 – Be patient.

The tips above might seem like common sense, but you would be surprised how many people want everything within a month or they will give up.

Progress takes time, as with anything of value or stature it doesn’t just happen overnight.

Actually, here is a bonus tip:

Find someone who has been on the same journey that you’re about to embark on. They will be able to share their experience and give you the reassurance you need.
